This portfolio brings together the campaigns, content systems, creative direction, and growth strategy I’ve built across surf, ocean, lifestyle, wellness, and founder-led brands. Some projects were built around paid media. Some around organic growth. Some around turning scattered marketing into a clearer system. The common thread is strategy first — understanding the audience, shaping the message, and building marketing that actually makes the brand easier to trust, follow, and buy from.

A marketing strategist built for surf, ocean & lifestyle brands.

This work is built on two things that rarely exist together. A deep, ongoing investigation of the surf, ocean, and lifestyle space: the culture, the consumer psychology, what drives purchase, what builds loyalty. And a formal background in neuromarketing and consumer behaviour. Strategy that comes from the inside.

The approach starts with understanding, not execution.

Most marketing starts with what to post or which ads to run. This starts further back. With why the audience buys, what they are actually seeking when they reach for a surf or lifestyle brand, and what the business needs the marketing to achieve. The strategy comes from that read.

  • Surf industry depth. Already inside it, not researched before the first call. The culture, the consumer, the visual language, and what trust looks like in this space.
  • Consumer psychology first. Every campaign, message, and platform decision is built on understanding what drives purchase behaviour, not just what looks good.
  • Strategy before execution. The question is never "what should we post?" It starts with what the brand needs to be known for, what the audience needs to believe, and what the marketing needs to create.
  • Connected, not fragmented. Positioning, content direction, campaigns, and consumer psychology working as one system, so the brand feels right and performs.
